Session Description
Burnout is more than being overworked - it's the culmination of how demands, support, and recovery interact over time. This session offers an accessible yet evidence-based look at the drivers of burnout, common misconceptions, and practical approaches to prevention and recovery. Attendees will explore both personal strategies and system-level insights to support healthier, more sustainable work.

Session Format
