This session will walk you through the essential software, services, and support available to you as an Ozarks Tech employee. We’ll explore tools like Software Center, SharePoint, and OneDrive; explain the differences between employee and student accounts; and cover Single Sign-On (SSO) and multifactor authentication options. You’ll also learn how to get help when you need it through the Help Desk and our Knowledge Base. Whether you're brand new or simply looking to make your tech life easier, this session is for you.
Session Format
This is a hybrid session. You may attend in person at the location listed in the session details or virtually via Microsoft Teams. To join the virtual session, select the “Video Stream” button before the start of the session.
